TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DETAILS AND BOOKING POLICY

Confirm your booking with a deposit fee of 50% from the total amount, non-refundable but deductible from the total amount

A sketch for your set up will be shared after your booking, for all the different packages.

The final payment must be done up to 48 hr before the event. Together with your last payment, a security deposit will be requested to cover all the items left at the event’s site. This deposit is 100% refundable after the collection of all the items, if nothing is missing or damaged.

We are always there for you! Our Event Planner will be delighted to assist you in all questions, always available from 8AM until 8PM.
